All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days of being placed.

Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for orders that include customisation such as ID tag engraving and / or hot-stamping.

Upon dispatch, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Wild Buddy uses the finest natural leather that is free of chemical additives. As such, it may lighten or darken over time through exposure to light and touch.

Due to leather being a natural material, there can be subtle variations in colour or texture of each item that should not considered as defects.

While our products are designed with durability and strength to withstand our pet's daily lives, leather is a natural material that can become damaged when exposed to water, rain, snow or other harsh elements. Please also note that applying a waterproofing treatment to our leather will affect it's hypoallergenic characteristic.

When cleaning, gently remove dust and light dirt with a soft damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely, avoiding direct sun exposure.

The use of chemical leather cleaners is not recommended.

You are welcome to return your purchase within seven days of delivery of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we strictly do not refund or exchange monogrammed or customised products unless the item is faulty. This includes products that have been hot-stamped or ID tags that have been engraved.

If your product is faulty, we will replace your product as necessary. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
